Scotty’s thing is bringing people together to make good things happen!


For over 20 years, he has provided opportunities for people to make a positive difference to their own lives, the organisations they are part of, and the societies they live in. He uses reflective nature based settings and an experiential ethos to help people create the sustainable habits that matter. He specialises in the subjects of values, purpose and well-being.

He has designed and run; corporate well-being programs in the rain forests of Australia, leadership retreats in expedition environments, personal coaching assignments for CEO's on yachts, and modular development programs for global corporations.

Scotty works informally and has a real skill in getting audiences to interact and have useful conversations that bring the content and ideas to life at a pragmatic personal level.

He co-authored the pioneering book; 'NHS Please Don't Kill Me' - a patient guide to getting better healthcare.

Clients he has worked with include; Sky, Sony Music, Lendlease, UBS, Yo!, BG Group, the Bahraini Royal Family, and the British & Irish Lions Rugby Team.

Known for his thought provoking questions, stunning imagery and entertaining stories, Scotty will engage the audience to make them think differently and inspire them to take action that makes a real difference to their own lives and their organisations. He can talk on a range of subjects such as; Leadership, Team Performance, Ethics, Well Being, Resilience, Courage, Values, Culture, and life lessons from expeditions.
